This forest glen in New Orleans,
Does, each day beauty, share.

It is that place most mystical,
And magically unique.
That visitors from round the world,
Do here, life's treasures seek.

Creatively imagined,
Like rainbows in the sun.
A place of pure serenity.
As life's each day, begun.

Great oak trees, most magnificent,
Reveal its wonderment.
This cradle here upon the earth,
Was truly heaven sent.

Fragrant, vibrant and alive,
Nurturing for sure.
Long pathways while meandering,
You'll, happiness, restore.

Midst gardens truly bountiful,
It's museum does provide .
Great sculptures most remarkable,
With secrets to confide.

So next, while seeking solitude,
With a bit of fantasy.
Just ride the street car till it ends.
And taste tranquility.
